Fitzwilliam Malton Estate is the custodian of an important collection of heritage assets, including three Grade II* listed buildings and 117 Grade II listed buildings.

Saville House is a Grade II listed Methodist chapel*, built around 1815. Today, it is home to antiques and furniture designer TallBoy Interiors, with a stunning interior; a must-see destination in Malton.

The Estate has recently completed a careful programme of conservation work to improve the property’s external appearance, delivered in partnership with Pinnacle Conservation Ltd. Works include 'DOFF' steam cleaning to gently and safely remove surface deposits, lift paint coverings, pollution staining, and lower-level street damage prior to redecoration.

This cyclical maintenance has restored the building’s façade, revealing its original character and beauty once more!

*Saville House can be found on Saville Street, Malton, YO17 7LL.
