Plans Submitted for New Four-Bedroom Family Home on Unused Malton Site

The Fitzwilliam Malton Estate, working with QAD Architects and ELG Planning, has submitted plans for a detached four-bedroom home on a parcel of currently unused land within an existing residential area off Castle Howard Road.
The proposal has been carefully designed to respect the site's conservation area and heritage setting. Once validated, the application will be opened for public consultation by North Yorkshire Council.
Subject to planning approval, the proposal will transform this unused site into a new family home, within walking distance of Malton town centre and its schools and amenities.
