18th Century Property at 4 Yorkersgate Revitalised for Modern Office Use

Fitzwilliam Malton Estate have completed a full refurbishment of 4 Yorkersgate, Malton working with the team at Repair and Restoration Ltd.

The enabling project included works to the external elevations of the property comprising of the full overhaul, replacement and repair of rainwater goods and timberwork prior to full redecoration. The internal refurbishment completed repairs and improvements to present character office accommodation in this attractive Grade II Listed property.

Originally constructed in the 18th century as a 3-storey house, 4 Yorkersgate is now ready to welcome a new, progressive occupier. Fitzwilliam Malton Estate are delighted to have completed a letting to Lintons Yorkshire Limited, a new accountancy practice established by Hayley and Philip Thompson.
