Free parking in the Market Place From May 2009 |
The Fitzwilliam Estate provides free parking in the Market Place. The Malton CIC covers the cost of this which is equivalent to around £100,000 per annum |

HANGING BASKETS

WINDOW LICENCES The Estate offers businesses, charities and community groups the opportunity to use the windows of its empty premises to advertise. |
Window licences are usually offered for a period of 1 month with a nominal charge of £20 per month. |
