CONTRIBUTION TO THE COMMUNITY
The Fitzwilliam Estate owns commercial and residental property in and around Malton. As a commercial organisation, we recognise that improving the social and economic vitality of Malton and Norton also helps our business.
For many years the Estate has supported various organisations in the town, often by making land and property available at nominal rent levels, together with some financial support for critical projects.

The Malton Amenity Community Interest Company is a business which takes some assets and income from the Fitzwilliam Estate, as well as funds from other sources, to apply them exclusively for the benefit of the community in Malton, Norton and the surrounding area. The CIC is not set up for private gain and if it makes a surplus, every penny will be ploughed back into projects which benefit and promote the town.
