The Fitzwilliam Estate owns commercial and residental property in and around Malton. As a commercial organisation, we recognise that improving the social and economic vitality of Malton and Norton also helps our business.
For many years the Estate has supported various organisations in the town, often by making land and property available at nominal rent levels, together with some financial support for critical projects.
